ENGINEERING PLASTICES

Engineering Plastics

Polyamide (PA)

PA is the product that can show the strongest heat resistance up to 275 ℃ among thermosetting plastics. In particular, the wear and acid resistance is so excellent that it will provide a solution that best meets the desired specifications.

Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)

PBT is a thermoplastic crystalline resin that includes PBT products, PBT + PET products, and PBT + ASA products. Its high dimensional stability, low water absorption and excellent electrical properties make it widely used in automotive electronics, electrical and electronics, and precision machinery.

Polyoxymethylene (POM)

POM is a thermoplastic crystalline resin that can withstand stress with high stiffness, durability and elastic recovery. It also has excellent chemical resistance, excellent friction properties, low moisture absorption, dimensional stability and strong creep resistance, making it suitable for shower heads, toys, medical supplies, conveyor chains, and fuel supply devices.

Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU)

PPSU has stronger impact resistance / heat resistance / hydrolysis resistance / chemical resistance, and shows superior physical properties compared to conventional polycarbonate.  In particular, it provides the optimal solution compared to the existing copper-based metallic products for use in devices and equipment related to high temperature fluids.

Perfluoropolyether (PFPE)

Perfluorinated Fluids are applicable to all fluorine coating applications based on thermal stability (-80 to 290 ° C) in space, semiconductors and automobiles. Excellent compatibility with the adhesives and adhesion ability provides the optimal solution.

Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF)

PVDF is applied to various applications because of its excellent ability to process and stable physical properties: heat resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, weather resistance and toughness.

Therefore, it is used in chemical process equipment, electrical and electronic industry, pumps, valves, tube fittings, coatings.

Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)

TPU is a material with mechanical properties such as excellent tensile strength, tear strength, and abrasion resistance among polyurethane-based thermoplastic elastomers, and can be applied to industries requiring high durability. It is applied in a wide range of industries such as automotive, electric, electronics, and shoes with excellent optical properties such as high transparency, gloss, and excellent chemical resistance.
